Matadero Brea Martial Arts School offers Kids Kickboxing and Kids Jiu-Jitsu, along with Matadero Minis for toddlers aged 2-4. Kids Kickboxing includes basic punches, kicks, defensive techniques, combinations, and controlled sparring. Kids Jiu-Jitsu includes basic positions, escapes, submissions, joint locks, sweeps, and grappling. Matadero Minis introduces toddlers to essential athletic skills through games and structured tasks.
Programs
- Kids Kickboxing — TBA · Kids program teaching fundamentals of kickboxing, including basic punches, kicks, defensive techniques, combinations, and controlled sparring; also teaches respect, perseverance, and responsibility.
- Kids Jiu-Jitsu — 5:00 - 6:00 · Kids program teaching fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu, including basic positions, escapes, submissions, joint locks, sweeps, and grappling; also teaches respect, focus, and perseverance.
- Adult Jiu-Jitsu — 6:00 - 7:30 · Adult BJJ program teaching fundamentals and advanced techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a supportive and challenging environment.
- Adult Kickboxing/MMA — Adults MMA and Kickboxing classes offering high-intensity training to enhance striking, grappling, and overall fitness.
- Matadero Minis — toddlers aged 2-4 · Introduces toddlers aged 2-4 to essential athletic skills through engaging games and structured tasks.
- Open Mat & Kids Competition — Fun time to practice what we learned during week.
