Celebration Center is a Christian center with a toddler program starting at 18 months, a preschool program for children ages 2–5, and an elementary program for kindergarten through fifth grade, along with before and after school care. The After School Program accepts children between transitional kindergarten (TK) and 5th grade and can provide transportation when needed to and from school for this program, based on a list of schools they service. Some programs offer options for 2, 3, 4, or 5 days, and the toddler and preschool programs offer full or half day options. The program uses a research-based curriculum that emphasizes learning through play and academics and follows a developmental approach to early education for children 2 to 5+ years of age.

The staff includes qualified teachers and caregivers who are described as experienced professionals, and the program maintains low teacher-to-student ratios. The leadership team includes Program Director Tina Daigre, Site Director Terri Hunter, and Principal Jeneane Stevens. Celebration Center states that it is a Christian center that believes children and seniors are gifts from God, that the Bible is the authoritative Word of God, and that it accepts as truth the deity of Jesus Christ. The program is accredited through the Association of Christian Schools International and lists License Numbers 073408196 for Toddler and Preschool and 093408197 for Afterschool. The center states that it focuses on preserving and strengthening families and that it exists for the student and the whole family, and it describes its environment as safe, clean, and inviting. Community events such as Dad’s Day, Grandparent’s Day, Mother’s Day, the Christmas and Spring Programs, the Pancake Breakfast, and parent education nights are offered to help families build relationships and community within the center.
