Dal Porto Show Horses offers horse training, youth lessons, adult lessons, show teams, and clinics. Lessons are available on Carol’s horses or the rider’s own horse, and haul-in lessons, overnight stays, stalls, and horses for lease are also part of the program.

About the provider

Dal Porto Show Horses has served families since 1985 and has over 40 years of experience in horse training and lessons. The program says its goal is to prioritize the welfare, enjoyment, and safety of riders and horses, and to help riders learn in an environment that matches their ability and desire. Carol Dal Porto has won world titles in trail, western riding, western pleasure, hunter under saddle, and trail, including 30-plus futurity wins in western pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle, plus several NSBA wins. She has coached, trained, and mentored over 400 world champion horses, as well as many national and circuit champions.

Carol accepts all levels of clients, from beginning to advanced. Training packages are customized based on each client's needs and goals. A free consult is offered. Prices are provided based on services needed after a goal meeting. The program works with horses and riders of all ages.
