Kids Fit Zone Classes and Summer Camp offers a variety of activities for children, including Cosmic Kids Yoga, Calisthenics, Sports, Kids Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The program is designed to engage children in physical activities that are both fun and educational.

Founded in 2016, the program is led by Director Maricar Gensole. The staff includes NTA Certified Tutors who are also CPR/First Aid Certified and Kids Yoga Certified. The mission of Kids Fit Zone is to motivate and inspire children to maintain a balanced lifestyle with a focus on both education and fitness. The program is known for its world-class, hands-on instruction that has been tested and proven on the competition field.
