Linden Oaks offers Early Intervention Therapy for children ages 12 to 36 months, along with ABA Services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder. It also provides Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Counseling, Behavior Intervention, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies. The program includes a Specialized K-12+ Non-Public School with low student-to-staff ratios, and no classroom exceeds 12 students.

- Specialized K-12+ Non-Public School — kindergarten through transition · Special education program with low student-to-staff ratios; no classroom exceeds 12 students.
- Adult Day Services — 22-40 · Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM · Community-based day program for adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Clinical Services — Provides Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy (OT), Counseling, Behavior Intervention, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies.
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) — adolescents and teens · Mental health and dual diagnosis treatment in Buena Park; structured outpatient treatment program.
- ABA Services — children and adolescents · Clinic-based and in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
