Legacy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students, with separate options for kids and adults. The program also includes Bang Muay Thai, Muay Thai kickboxing, MMA, TACFIT, kettlebell co-ed and kettlebell bootcamp co-ed fitness and conditioning classes, and access to an online academy.

Legacy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has been in operation since 2000 under the leadership of Alberto Crane. The program offers world class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and world class Bang Muay Thai kickboxing, along with what it describes as the best kids martial arts Jiu-Jitsu program around that focuses on self defense, discipline, focus, and leadership. Its mission statement is: “It is my goal to support each person that walks through our door to inspire you to do your best on the mat, while training and in life.” The program also states a focus on connecting with members of the community.
