Our Village Preschool offers a blended approach inspired by a variety of philosophies that focuses on developing the whole child. Each classroom has two fully qualified co-teachers who work together each day. The program states that it does not rush childhood and that every child is viewed as unique and special, learning in their own way.

At Our Village Preschool, all teachers are CPR/First Aid trained annually. The program’s mission states that it LOVES kids and LOVES what it does, and that it strives to provide a safe and loving environment for children and their families. The program emphasizes creating partnerships that establish lifetime bonds and expresses the belief that it takes a village to raise a child and that once a family is part of the program, they are considered family. Our Village Preschool states that it strives to be a positive presence in Burbank and surrounding communities. The program has been voted Burbank's Best Early Childhood Education.
