Genius Learning offers Mandarin immersion programs that include Koala, Cub, Panda, and TK classes. The program provides a Mandarin-rich environment where children learn Mandarin in a natural way. Children in the program receive a morning snack, an afternoon snack, and an Asian style lunch served with milk and fresh fruit each day.

Genius Learning offers nurturing care and Mandarin immersion programs for children ages 2 and up, and its after-school program provides educational support for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. The Burlingame Campus accepts children ages 2–5 years old, with Koala for 2-year-olds, Cub for 3-year-olds, Panda for 4-year-olds, and TK for children who are 4.9 years old. The leadership team includes Linda Tong, Director San Mateo, and Dennis Tong, Director Burlingame. Linda graduated with a BA and MA in English Language and Literature and holds a California Professional Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with BCLAD endorsement in Mandarin, a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Mandarin, and a Child Development Director Permit. Dennis received a BS in Chemistry from the University of California at Santa Cruz and is enrolled in a teaching credential program.
