Coach Packie and Bianca Turner began Unlimited Potential Basketball (UPBasketball) in 2016, and Coach Packie serves as the head trainer working with athletes of all ages and levels. Coach Packie played varsity basketball at Fort Bragg High School and continued to play at Holy Names University in Oakland, California, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, and Bianca received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University. UPBasketball’s mission states that, through basketball, the staff strives to develop hardworking and mentally tough individuals who understand their potential is unlimited, and to create an environment where people feel comfortable getting out of their comfort zone, with an emphasis on controlling energy, effort, and focus.

UPBasketball and Coach Packie were featured on KRON4 News. UPBasketball’s Kaela Stonebarger and the Mills High School Women’s Basketball Team were named the 2026 CIF Central Coast Section Division III Girls Basketball Champions, which made them back-to-back champions and gave them their third championship title in the last four seasons. One testimonial from a parent states that the workload in train and play, private training, and small group sessions is appropriate, challenging, and constructive for any aged hooper, and another parent notes that the coaches are excellent, very good with kids, and very passionate about teaching basketball, and that the employees are friendly, responsive, and professional. Another parent testimonial describes the coaches and staff as professional, responsive, inspiring, and outstanding people, and says their three children have come out happy and improved players. NBA player Aaron Gordon of the Denver Nuggets is quoted as saying, “YOU HAVE PACKIE TURNER, THE BEST BASKETBALL TRAINER IN THE WORLD HELPING YOU EVERYDAY TO REACH YOUR MAXIMUM POTENTIAL AND ULTIMATELY YOUR GOALS AND DREAMS.”
