Parisi Youth Training System at Parisi Speed School Burlingame offers speed training, strength training, and agility training for young athletes. The program includes speed and strength sessions, team training, private training, weight lifting, box jumps, and vertical leap testing. Training can be done in the facility or at home, and an evaluation provides scores on speed, strength, and agility.

The Parisi Youth Training System (PYTS) has been transforming young athletes for over 20 years and uses a proven methodology designed for youth ages 7 to 22 and beyond. Parisi Speed School Burlingame provides training programs that focus on multiple aspects of athletic performance and uses Proteus Motion 3D resistance as part of its equipment. The program’s mission is for members to “Change Your Life With Us” and to have them leave workouts feeling like a better version of themselves. Coach Adna is part of the leadership team.
Tiffany S., a volleyball player, reports noticeable gains in her vertical jump, reaction speed, endurance, and power on serves and swings, and mentions enjoying “Vertical Week” with box jumps and vertical leap testing.
