The Swann School of Protocol offers two distinct etiquette certification programs. The $1,750 Etiquette Certification & Licensing program is described as a “Business-in-a-Box” operation and includes a personalized website and hosting, ongoing support, business systems, and a suite of resources. The $250 Specialized Etiquette Certification offers a choice of six certification courses and is described as offering flexibility and independence.
