Sleepaway Camps at Sequoia Lake offers campers a week at the lake with activities such as hiking, swimming, canoeing, rock climbing, fishing, paddle boarding, and recreational water activities. The YMCA in Santa Barbara and Ventura was formed in 1887, and construction on the first official Y building in Santa Barbara began in 1910 and opened in 1912.
