Rincon Swim School offers private swim lessons, in-home and private residence swim lessons, the RINCON RIPPERZ organized swim group, WATER BABIES classes, Parent + Me classes, and swim prep for Junior Lifeguards. Instruction is tailored to each student’s needs, and the teaching style adapts to the pace of the student’s progress. The program presents swimming as exercise, therapy, and a survival skill, with a focus on repetition, consistency, achievements, and fun through year-round instructional programs.

Rincon Swim School has over 20 years of experience in teaching and competing in pools and the ocean. The leadership team includes founder Andrea Lionello and instructor Meagan Carroll. Andrea Lionello has experience in competitive swimming on the Central Coast, played water polo at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and taught alongside her mom's swim school during summers. The mission of Rincon Swim School is to turn a lifelong passion for swimming into a mission to make the community water-safe and swimming confident. The RINCON RIPPERZ program is described as an organized swim group for children to grow physically, emotionally, and mentally. WATER BABIES classes are offered during summer and use song, play, and exploration to acclimate children to the water environment, and the Parent + Me class creates bonding and begins their water safety journey.
