Lightning Basketball offers AAU Basketball and the Lightning Basketball Camp. The program includes a well established AAU Basketball club program that focuses on learning basketball fundamentals for youth, with an emphasis on fun and growing together on and off the court. It creates an opportunity to showcase talent at the local, state, and national levels through activities such as AAU Nationals, the Orlando Florida AAU Classic, and the San Diego Sol Invitational.

Lightning Basketball serves boys and girls from 2nd grade through high school and offers a Summer 2021 Lightning Basketball Camp. The program’s mission is to inspire promising inner city youth to be leaders, champions and student-athletes and to empower them to be successful in high school, college and life. It uses basketball to engage young men in the program and to instill values and life skills that prepare them for success in life beyond sports, with a goal of developing motivated and competitive student-athletes with positive attitudes and sportsmanship manners through education and a constructive learning environment. Lightning Basketball also focuses on developing leaders on the hardwood and in the community and providing local communities with a quality alternative for daytime and nighttime activities. The leadership team includes Head Coach and Team President Tony Finley, along with Assistant Coaches Coach Price, Coach Dee, and Coach Deon.
