First Field Farm offers hunter equestrian, jumper equestrian, and equitation riding lessons, along with riding services and training services. The program also provides sales and sale and purchase assistance, and families can request tours of the facility.
First Field Farm is a full service hunter and jumper barn. It has been operated by Carolyn Biava and Janet McDonald since 1993. Carolyn and Janet offer a goal oriented training program, where riders work toward their objectives through lessons that are described as effective, educational, and fun. Horses are properly schooled during the week by First Field Farm staff and are cared for by a knowledgeable barn management team. Students and horses from First Field Farm compete at both locally and nationally rated horse shows, and there are photos available from the 13th Annual First Field Farm Horse Show.
