The stated primary goal is to provide a world class facility that combines fitness, activities, and tutoring in one large facility, with organized education, fitness, and event party programs in a non-competitive but challenging environment for children and their families. The camps are described as having a safe, sanitized, and clean environment, with limited seats available, and they operate with an automated billing system using recurring ACH or credit card, with no cash, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal accepted, a 10% sibling discount for second and third immediate siblings, an absolute no-refund policy with credits for future weeks or other Oodles programs, and closure on all national holidays including July 4th. Optional Friday field trips are offered with the choice to opt in or out, and activities are available at Oodles for children who do not attend field trips. Oodles Seasonal Camps is part of an organization that also offers a learning center, kids gym, and birthday parties, and is described as a leader in kids camps with programs designed to avoid learning loss and aligned with Common Core academics and other fun activities. The program is described as a world class facility encompassing fitness, activities, and tutoring under one large facility, and has been rated the Best Academic, STEM, STEAM, and Sports Camp Provider in Southern California for 12 years in a row, with seasonal camps rated as No. 1 in kids magazines worldwide and rated #1 since 2012 for 14 years in a row.
