Matrix Gymnastics offers gymnastics and fitness activities for kids, including pre-K classes, day camps, and open gym. The program includes fun for kids of all ages and uses a variety of gymnastics activities.
• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Gym hours Monday–Friday 1pm–7pm and Saturday 9am–2pm, with open gym on Saturdays 2pm–3:30pm
Matrix Gymnastics training facility features state-of-the art Olympic apparatus and training equipment, including a “floating” loose foam pit, portable spotting rig, wood-base platform for vault and tumbling, a Gibson tumble rod strip, a tumble track, top-of-the-line AAI Elite training equipment, and a brand-new Russian Birch full gymnastics and cheer floor, along with ample free parking. The program has a highly-trained and fully-certified coaching staff, and all classes are under the supervision of trained and certified staff members. Matrix states that it believes in quality and that this value is expressed in everything it does. Matrix is a proud member of USA Gymnastics (USAG) and is an official USA Gymnastics Member Club.
