MT@ISB Musical Theater Program

MT@ISB Musical Theater Program includes classes such as Broadway Tap, Tap Level 1, Tap 2, Adult Tap, Jazz 1, Jazz 2, Snazzy Jazzy Hip Hop, Mini Musical Theater, Junior Musical Theater, Intermediate Musical Theater Technique, and Teen Musical Theater Technique. Previous MT@ISB performances have included Matilda, Annie, Shrek Jr, Elf Jr, Frozen Jr, and Lion King Jr, and the upcoming musical theater performance season features Wizard of Oz as the Fall 2026 Musical Theater Production. Mini Musical Theater is an introductory course that teaches the basics of theatre through creative play using curriculum based on K–3rd grade standards, and Teen Musical Theater Technique is the MT@ISB touring group that performs throughout the community.

• Ages: 4–18 years old
• Schedule: Class options are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with studio hours Monday–Friday 4:00–7:00pm and Saturday 9:30am–12:00pm.

The Musical Theater Program at Inspire School of Ballet supports students ages 4 and up on their journey to become stage performers and focuses on helping MT@ISB students develop their skills as singers, dancers, and actors so they are ready to enter the performing arts world as triple threats. Inspire School of Ballet offers classes for students ages 18 months through adult, with small class sizes, and presents two full-length ballets per year with students in both leading and supporting roles. Its mission is to inspire students to be all they can be both on and off stage. Inspire School of Ballet is a proud partner with Girls Scouts of America and the City of Chula Vista: Choose Chula App. One parent shared, “[Ms. Felicia is] an excellent teacher with lots of charisma, love and patience for the kids.
