Neisha's Dance & Music Academy offers dance and music instruction that includes classes in ballet, pointe, variations, tap, hip hop, jazz, contemporary, acro, conditioning, choreography, improvisation, and progressions. The program also offers music lessons in piano, voice, guitar, violin, and cello, as well as parent/toddler classes, creative dance, and additional activities such as Kids Night Out, dance teams, dance companies, and a teacher assistant/leadership program.

Neisha's Dance & Music Academy offers young children’s programs for ages 18 months to 5 years, kids’ dance for ages 6–12 years, and beginners’ dance for ages 12 and up, with training available through pre-professional levels. The program is the home of the Chula Vista Ballet and notes that from a child’s first class to their graduation performance, there is a class for everyone. The academy states that concepts such as “All Kids are Born Worthy” and “Character Counts” are taught every day, and that students share their gifts and talents with the community.
