Precision Jiu Jitsu Academy Martial Arts Programs offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in both Gi and No Gi formats, Muay Thai, and Wrestling. The programs include options for beginners and experienced athletes, as well as those training for competition or casual practice.

Precision Jiu Jitsu Academy’s founder Chad Bingham opened doors in 2020 and earned a black belt with Alliance Jiu Jitsu in 2015. The leadership team includes Chad Bingham as Founder and Head BJJ Instructor, Sara McMann as Wrestling Coach, DJ Roberson as Muay Thai Head Instructor, and Elizabeth Mitrovic as Jiu Jitsu Instructor. Wrestling Coach Sara McMann won a silver medal in Wrestling at the 2004 Olympics and coached Precision student Amit Elor to a Wrestling gold medal at the 2024 Olympics. The academy sports multiple Jiu Jitsu world champions, professional MMA fighters, and two Olympic medalists. The program offers both Gi and No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for all ages, a Muay Thai program for self-defense, fitness, or competition, and a Wrestling program suitable for beginners and experienced athletes. The academy offers 5 free trial classes, focuses toward perfecting the art of each discipline, and is home to a large number of competitive fighters including professionals and Olympic medalists. Precision Jiu Jitsu Academy welcomes everyone in Citrus Heights, Sacramento, and Roseville, and states that it strives to provide the best martial arts instruction possible.
