Claremont Chefs Academy

Claremont Chefs Academy offers immersive, hands-on cooking classes. Students learn knife skills, plating skills, math, and science, and they eat what they make and receive recipes at the end of class. The program also offers adult cooking classes, private cooking parties for groups of 10 or more, and team building classes with 2.5 hours of hands-on cooking.

• Cooking Classes — Ages 3 to 6; Ages 6 to 10; Ages 11 to 17; Adult; Special Needs · Immersive, hands-on cooking classes; students learn knife skills, plating skills, math, science, and more; they eat what they make and receive recipes at the end of class.
• Adult Classes — 18 and older only · Hands-on adult cooking classes covering basics from knife skills and food safety to garnishing and plating.
• Private Cooking Parties — Private cooking classes for groups of 10 or more; custom menus available.
• Team Building — Structured team building class where the team works together following recipes to create a meal; 2.5 hours hands-on cooking.

Claremont Chefs Academy was founded in 2007. Its schedule includes kids weekly classes, adult classes, private cooking parties, team building classes, workshops, scout events, and special needs classes. Adult classes are for ages 18 and older only, and structured class events have a $700 minimum, are for 10 to 14 students max, and groups of 15 or more can only be offered Iron Chef events.

A $100 deposit is required to hold the date. Deposit is 100% refundable with 4 weeks or more prior to the date, 50% with 2 or more weeks prior, and no refund with less than 2 weeks prior.
