RSL Aquatics Swim Lessons

RSL Aquatics Swim Lessons offers Parent & Me lessons for children six months to two years old, beginner group swim lessons for children who do not need a parent in the water, intermediate group swim lessons, advanced level lessons, Swim Team Prep, Specific Needs lessons, Adult Level lessons, one-on-one private lessons, and Lap Swim. Lesson formats include 30-minute lessons with eight lessons, one-hour lessons, and lap swim for one hour.

• Parent & Me — six months and up to two years old · $280 · Introductory group course for a parent and child; 30 minute lessons; eight lessons.
• Beginner Level — $280 · Beginner group swim lessons for children who do not need a parent in the water; 30 minute lessons; eight lessons.
• Intermediate Level — $280 · Intermediate level group swim lessons; 30 minute lessons; eight lessons.
• Advanced Level — $320–$440 · One hour lessons; two days a week per month or four days a week per month.
• Swim Team Prep — $320–$440 · One hour lessons; ideal for preparing swimmers for high school or club swim team; swimmers must test into this course by showing mastery of all four strokes.
• Specific Needs — $520 · Instructors work with your swimmer to customize lessons to fit their needs; 30 minute lessons; eight lessons; two days a week per month.
• Adult Level — $320–$440 · One hour lessons; two days a week per month or four days a week per month.
• One-on-one — $300 · Private lessons; 30 minute lessons; four lessons; one day a week per month; Fridays only.
• Lap Swim — Must be 14 years or older. · $15–$60 · Lane reserved for 1 hour; must be able to swim 25m unassisted; 6 days a week closed Friday; $60 per month membership or $15.00 per hour drop in.

RSL Aquatics Swim Lessons has been operating for over 29 years. Rene Nowell started her career as a swim instructor in 1986 at age 15. The program states a mission of providing high quality service with updated training techniques to ensure strong swimmers of tomorrow, with a main goal of providing quality swim lessons and water safety rules to babies, toddlers, children and young adults. The program is taught by certified instructors and uses smaller teacher-to-student ratios in an organized setting.
