About
Future Creators Summer Camp includes hands-on projects where campers design and test balloon-powered cars, catapults, claw hands, and Da Vinci bridges. Campers explore chemical reactions, simple electrical circuits, and create light-up LED artwork while planning, building, improving, and measuring real-world projects, including measuring distances and comparing results to understand length, scale, and patterns. The program also includes team virtual reality gaming, planning maze-style games and logic challenges, building original characters and story arcs, using AI tools to create visual stories and designs, learning to write clear prompts, breaking ideas into step-by-step game instructions, and exploring AI in a guided, age-appropriate environment.

Odyssey VR’s mission for its Summer Camps is stated as “education made fun,” with weekly educational camps that include guided educational virtual reality experiences and applications in a safe, comfortable, and immersive atmosphere. Each session includes up to 12 campers, with a 6 to 1 kid ratio and a no-bullying policy that each camper acknowledges. If fewer than 4 campers are signed up for a camp session one week before it starts, campers have the option of receiving a refund or moving to a different camp session date. The staff is described as friendly, patient, and kind, and is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment with personalized attention and care. The program includes weekly educational VR experiences where kids are immersed in subjects such as space and the solar system, history, biology, and science, and is described as a STEAM-focused camp that includes hands-on science skills, engineering and design thinking, circuits and technology basics, applied math, AI literacy and prompting skills, game design foundations, creative story development, digital art and media creation using AI tools, logical thinking and sequencing, and confidence in emerging technology. The camp is described as perfect for kids aged 7–12 and as providing social interaction and a mixture of fun, education, and gaming. Lunch is not included in the base program, but an add-on package is available for $50, with a menu provided for selection before the start of the week.
