The Game Ready Youth Development Program includes a range of training options such as Game Ready Play, Game Ready Fit, Game Ready Strength, and Game Ready Power. Participants also take part in Speed & Agility and Plyometrics sessions, and can join football-focused options like the 7on7 Spring Passing League, Spring Break Football Camp, WINTER CAMP, and SUMMER offerings.

The program’s mission is to provide positive leadership to youth in the community by teaming young athletes with Professional and Olympic Athletes to offer encouragement and superior athletic training, with the goal of building a strong mind and body by providing confidence and strength. Game Ready Play develops a base level of fitness and fundamental movement using games, relays, and drills with a focus on high energy and fun. Game Ready Fit emphasizes running form and proper running mechanics and aims to provide physical and mental confidence to play and participate in all sports and activities. Game Ready Strength is an introduction to weight training that focuses on strength training and muscular development with an emphasis on proper progression to maximize strength development, flexibility, and range of motion. Game Ready Power is an elite weight training program for athletes who understand weight training fundamentals, focusing on strength training and muscular development with an emphasis on proper progression to maximize strength development, flexibility, and range of motion.
Professional and Olympic Athletes and Coaches lead the training, and the leadership team includes Will Loftus (Manager, Trainer), Dino Geremia (Manager, Trainer), Joe Yankanna (Manager, Trainer), and Xavier Ramsey (Manager, Trainer). Community partners include Pitching University, The Washington Kids Foundation, Travail Baseball Development, Seaspan, 604 Volleyball Club, Canadian Tire Jumpstart, BC Lions, ViaSport, Pacific Sport, Surrey Safe Schools, Coquitlam Schools, Kerrisdale Community Centre, Joseph Richard Group, Oxygen Yoga & Fitness, Kimz Angels, Washington Kids Foundation, and DWUL: Do What U Luv.
