About

Game Ready Youth Training Programs offers training in football, baseball, soccer, volleyball, hockey, basketball, track & field, and other sports. The program also includes speed and agility work, plyometrics, weight and strength training, muscular development, games, relays and drills, and a focus on running form and proper running mechanics.

• Ages: 6–18 years old

Game Ready Play (ages 6–9) focuses on building a base level of fitness and fundamental movement using games, relays and drills with an emphasis on high energy and fun. Game Ready Fit (ages 10–13) emphasizes running form and proper running mechanics and aims to provide physical and mental confidence to play and participate in all sports and activities. Game Ready Strength (ages 14+) introduces weight training with a focus on strength training, muscular development, and proper progression through a workout to maximize strength development, flexibility and range of motion. Game Ready Power (ages 14+) is an elite weight training program for athletes who already understand weight training fundamentals, with a focus on strength training, muscular development, and proper progression through a workout to maximize strength development, flexibility and range of motion. Additional options for ages 14 and up include Speed & Agility and Plyometrics.

The program’s mission states that the Gameready Fitness Youth Development Program aims to provide positive leadership to youth in the community, teaming young athletes with Professional and Olympic Athletes for encouragement and superior athletic training to build a strong mind and body by providing confidence and strength. Young athletes are teamed with Professional and Olympic Athletes and Coaches, including leadership and training from Will Loftus, Dino Geremia, Joe Yankanna, Aaron Myette, Prince Amari, Isaiah Mackie, Ebo Ogundeko, Reid Marriott, Casey Chin, Mitch Barnett, Gary “Saint Lion” Mangat, Lucas Bill, Bash Sise-Odaa, T-dre, Matt Huot, and Xavier Ramsey.
