Dive Lab Training Programs

Dive Lab Training Programs offers a variety of activities including diving, Pilates, yoga, strength training, breathwork, meditation, visualization, and sports psychology. The program is held at the Miwok Aquatics and Fitness Center at the College of Marin – Indian Valley.

• Price: $40/session OR $175/for a 5-pack of practices

Initially launched as North Bay Diving, the program rebranded in 2022. Dive Lab's mission is to expand access to springboard diving in the Bay Area with a collaborative, supportive, inclusive, and fun environment for both new and experienced divers. It is a not-for-profit organization and is noted as the first club team in the North Bay.
