Summer Day Camp includes activities such as arts & crafts, music, cooking projects, movies, science experiments, quiet board games, coloring time, water games, tie dye, soccer, and a World Cup Tournament. Campers also take part in outdoor and indoor games, space themed crafts, bowling, and a late night at the Colma Community Center with extra hours of camp to watch a movie and play more. The program includes local field trips where campers travel by bus, BART, or on foot, as well as Adventure Field Trips across the greater Bay Area.

• Ages: 5–12 years old
• Schedule: Nine week-long sessions from June 8 to August 7, 2026, with a general camp day from 10am–4pm and extended care available before and after camp
• Price: General Care weekly fees range by week from $15–$25 Resident / $90–$150 Non-Resident, with additional options including Aqua Adventure on July 8 at $18 Resident / $60 Non-Resident, a daily drop-in rate of $8 Resident / $48 Non-Resident for 10am–4pm, and Early Morning and Afternoon Care at $1 Resident / $6 Non-Resident per day

On-site, the program has trained and dedicated staff. Project Read visits weekly, rotating between Nutrition lessons, Science lessons, and the Learning Wheels bus. The program also features Presenter Days with a variety of presenters at Sterling Park, five Adventure Field Trips, an Annual Halloween Parade, an Annual Fourth of July Carnival, an Annual Family Potluck, an Annual Art Show, and a last party of the year. Summer 2026 registration is now full.

Each camper is expected to bring a sweatshirt, a refillable water bottle, and wear closed-toed shoes, with all personal items clearly labeled with the camper’s name. Disposable paper bag lunches are required on field trip days.
