Mr. Peter's Golf Camp offers golf training through kids summer golf camps, weekend golf camps for kids, and a kids golf team. Camp activities include on-course experience, Frisbee (now just soccer with kicking across the field, no goalies, no touching the ball with hands, no stealing the ball, and social distance to 10 yards), boomerangs, making beads, and a Friday Tournament. The program also includes a field trip to a local 9 hole par 3 golf course such as Mariners Point or Golden Gate Park, and uses a digital studio to break down full swing video frame by frame.

• Schedule: Weekly summer camps Monday–Friday 9 AM–12 PM, and weekend camps Saturday and Sunday 10 AM–12 PM, with 3 hours of professional golf instruction each camp day; the program runs all year with Monday–Friday camps all summer and weekend camps during the school year

Camp director Peter Cantin (also referred to as Coach Peter and Mr. Peter) has been coaching kids in golf, baseball, basketball, and Ultimate Frisbee for 18 years and has been coaching kids sports since 2005. He has coached baseball with the Jr. Giants and Daly City PAL leagues for seven years, basketball with Daly City Park and Rec for three years, and baseball with the SSF Pony league for 13–15 year olds for two more years, and he has been coaching golf since 2010. He volunteered over 1500 hours in six years at his son Jerry's elementary school, was head coach of the Daly City Pirates Baseball Team, and a volunteer assistant coach for the Aptos Tigers Middle School Baseball Team. He has played over 1000 rounds of golf, practices more than he plays, has spent hundreds of hours watching swing video, and uses a swing analyzer called the 3 Bays GSA.
Jerry, Peter’s son, is Head Coach of the kids golf team and assistant pro, and is the teaching lead at Golf Camp. This is the 14th year Peter Cantin has held some form of golf camp for kids, and since 2010 Mr Peters Golf Camps have been serving Bay Area kids, families, and golfers of all ages and walks of life. The program offers separate camps for kids ages 5–7 and 8–15, includes all equipment for kids summer golf camps, and has a kids golf team for more serious golfers with practices and tournaments with the US KIDS tour and the Northern California Junior Golf Association. The camp focuses on pace of play, etiquette, values, course maintenance, and sportsmanship, and at Mr Peters Golf Tournament everybody wins a prize and all do their personal best. The mission of Mr. Peter’s Golf Camp is to teach children the basics of golf and have a good time doing it, with a stated mission to serve families’ needs, and the camp is independently owned and operated.
