Avanti Dance Company Summer Camps and Intensives offers dance, tumbling, and aerial arts activities such as aerial silks, jazz, ballet, hip hop, musical theater, acro-tumbling, tumbling, improvisation, movement quality, technique, phrase work, Pilates Reformer, private training, and aerial arts. The 2026 summer options include a Commercial Intensive with four levels, themed camps like DISNEY HITS-Aerial Silks Camp, K-POP HUNTERS Dance Camp, and BROADWAY IN THE AIR Aerial Camp, along with over 35 camps featuring fresh, popular themes, arts and crafts, games, and a blend of socialization and skill building. The Commercial Intensive runs July 28–30, 2026, with Intermediate ages 6–9 meeting 10:00 am–1:00 pm, Intermediate/Advanced ages 8–10 meeting 10:00 am–2:30 pm, Advanced ages 11–13 meeting 1:30 pm–6:30 pm, and Advanced/Pre-Pro ages 14+ meeting 3:30 pm–8:30 pm. DISNEY HITS-Aerial Silks Camp meets June 8–11 from 9:30 am–12:30 pm and June 15–18 from 12:30–3:30 pm, K-POP HUNTERS Dance Camp meets June 8–11 from 9:30 am–12:30 pm, and BROADWAY IN THE AIR Aerial Camp meets June 8–11 from 12:30–3:30 pm, all Monday–Thursday. Camp registration opens 4/1/26, and intensives are described as being in a smaller, supportive setting with an option to prepare for or be assessed for competitive programs.
For most camps, clothing should be dance clothing or comfortable stretchy clothing, with hair pulled back off the face and clean sneakers required for hip hop classes and camps. Aerial camps require leggings or stretchy pants and a short, tank, or leotard fully covering the torso, and for DISNEY HITS-Aerial Silks Camp specifically, attire must be form-fitting leggings and a tucked-in shirt or leotard with no zippers, buttons, or jewelry, plus a refillable water bottle and healthy snacks. Ballet Intensive requires traditional ballet attire with hair in a bun, and certain programs such as the Summer Intensive, Level Up Camp, and Technique on Fleek require dancers to bring jazz or ballet shoes, with dance socks optional. Dancers are advised to pack plenty of water and snacks or lunch for longer camps.
