Costa Mesa Tennis Center Junior Tennis Program and Summer Tennis Camp offers junior tennis activities that include a Junior Tennis Program, Summer Tennis Camp, Junior Team Tennis, Junior Tennis Tournaments, and Open Junior Play. Costa Mesa Tennis Center includes 12 tennis courts available Monday through Sunday and a full pro shop with racquets, stringing, clothes, snacks, and beverages, as well as a Tennis Lounge. Open court time is available by reservation, and the center hosts club tournaments for adults and juniors, USTA leagues and USTA Adult Leagues, Adult Tennis Clinics, Adult Tennis Tournaments, Open Adult Play, and Pickleball Lessons for adults and juniors.

Cameron and Carsten Ball are sons of Syd Ball, who has been in the tennis business for over 50 years and was a top ATP professional player, and Cameron and Carsten Ball are also top ATP players who now work as tennis coaches for all levels. Since 1994, Top Seed Tennis Academy has been recognized as an elite tennis management company in Southern California, and its President, Steve McAvoy, has over 30 years of experience in tennis and health club management and is nationally regarded as a manager and coach. The leadership team includes Steve McAvoy as President and Owner of Top Seed Tennis Academy, and tennis professionals Cameron Ball, Carsten Ball, Patrick Keye, and Eduardo Reyes.
