Playdate Preschool includes activities such as exploring nature, visiting chickens, tending the garden, and playing in the fresh air. Children take part in painting, music, crafts, storytelling, and art projects, and they engage with letters, numbers, early literacy, and problem-solving skills. The program also offers group play with sensory bins, water tables, building materials, simple experiments, baking projects, mixing colors, planting seeds, exploring textures, and following a simple recipe, along with circle time, small group learning, climbing, running, sunshine, water play, gardening, family parties, crafts, and songs.

• Schedule: Preschool hours Monday–Friday 9:00am–1:00pm, with a 2-day option (Tuesday and Thursday) and 3-day or 5-day options from 9:00am–1:00pm
Playdate Preschool includes Playdate Outdoor Preschool for ages 2–2.5 and Playdate Kinder Prep for ages 3 and 4, with small class sizes and a focus on farm and art-based learning. The program uses the Handwriting Without Tears program and runs as a year-round school. Each morning begins with the Grand Old Flag song and the Pledge of Allegiance, and the program focuses on classic celebrations like Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Easter with family parties, crafts, and songs. Playdate Summer Camp offers weekly themes such as Nature Explorers, Farm Life Fun, and Art in the Garden. The program’s mission states that Playdate Preschool believes children thrive in an environment where early childhood education emphasizes play-based learning, exploration, and meaningful connections. Playdate Preschool began from the owner’s experience as a mother and grew into a preschool community, and the owner and director is Jacqui Holland. The program is currently seeking mothers to partner in opening another outdoor preschool location.
