Random Math Programs offers problem solving, math contests, MOEMs coaching, and classes that focus on math and puzzles. Students take an online assessment, participate in specialized math classes and competitive math, and can join an accelerator, summer programs, summer camps, winter camps, and festivals such as the AMC 8 Festival, AMC 10/12 Festival, AIME Festival, and the Silicon Valley Math Tournament (SVMT). Activities also include class discussion, team work and collaboration, and time at activity centers where kids play air-hockey after practice sessions.

Random Math Programs prepares students for contests including AMC 8, AMC 10/12, AIME, USA(J)MO, CML, MOEMS, Math Kangaroo, Noetic, BMMT (Berkeley), Exeter Math, CEMC, MathCounts, CMIMC (Carnegie Mellon), MMaths (Yale), DMMP, PUMaC (Princeton), HMMT (Harvard-MIT), SMT (Stanford), and CHMMC (Caltech). Assessment is required to join Random Math, and the assessment is used to assess a child's skill level and provide specific course and topic recommendations, with programs recommended based on the assessment results. Students from different grade levels can be in the same class if they are on the same skill level, and programs are available to join online and in-person, including online programs for students around the world.

Random Math was officially founded in 2015 by Manish Mishra and Stuti Dubey, and its math journey is described from 2012 through 2016 to today. As of 2023, Random Math has 21 USA(J)MO Qualifiers and over 125 AIME Qualifiers, and 108 of its students qualified for AIME last year. Random Math students were the 1st and 5th place teams at CHMMC 2023, the 1st place team at HMMT 2023, and placed 1st at BMT 2023. Random Math students placed first in individual rounds of the Exeter Math Competition (EMCC) in 2019, 2020, and 2021, achieved 1st place in HMMT 2019–2020, and became winners in contests including the Pi Math Contest (PMC), the Berkeley mini Math Tournament (BmMT), MOEMS, and several Math Kangaroo competitions at the elementary and middle school levels. Random Math organized its own regional competition, the Silicon Valley Math Tournament.

The leadership team includes Stuti Dubey (CEO, Co-founder, Coach), Manish Mishra (Co-founder, COO, and Coach), Monika Singh (Center Director for the Cupertino location of Random Math), and Simrit Dhanjal (Director of Technology). Staff credentials include degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology, University of Michigan: Stephen M. Ross School of Business, San Jose State University, Carnegie Mellon University, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and MIT, along with experience in engineering, acquisition integration and carve-outs, human resource management, artificial intelligence, computational finance, and computer science. One staff member has qualified for USAJMO twice and made Blue MOP once. Random Math states that its faculty and coaches are highly qualified and passionate to teach, and that its coaches aim to empower students with mathematical prowess. Random Math’s mission statement is that it strives to provide the highest quality of education and to invest fully in each of its students.
