Valley Church After School Programs

Valley Church After School Programs offers a range of activities, including Valley Church Children’s Choir, Valley Youth Orchestra (VYO), violin and viola classes at beginner and intermediate levels, hand bell classes through the Valley Handbell Academy (VHA), ping pong (table tennis) clinics, a basketball clinic, Little Carpenters (Craft Wednesday), tennis clinics, and sand volleyball clinics and camps. The Valley Church Children’s Choir meets on Tuesdays from 4:00pm–5:15pm, and the Valley Youth Orchestra meets on Tuesday evenings from 7:00pm–8:30pm during its January 13–May 5, 2026 session. Ping pong clinics are held on Thursdays from 4:30pm–6:00pm, Little Carpenters meets on Wednesdays from 4:00pm–5:30pm, and the basketball clinic is listed as a Sport Thursday activity from 4:30pm–6:00pm and is currently on break.

• Schedule: After-school options on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with sessions such as choir and orchestra running on specific dates between January and May and other activities offered in multi-week blocks
• Price: $75–$180 per session, with sibling discounts for some music programs

For the Valley Church Children’s Choir, the upcoming session dates are March 10, 17, 24, 31, April 7, and 21. For the Valley Youth Orchestra, the upcoming session runs from January 13 to May 5, 2026. For ping pong clinics, the upcoming session dates are March 5, 12, 19, 26, April 2, and 9. Office hours for program administration are Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.

The price for the Valley Church Children’s Choir is $75 per session for the first child and $50 for siblings, and this fee is non-refundable. The Valley Youth Orchestra costs $150 per session for the first child and $100 for siblings, also non-refundable. Ping pong clinics cost $120 per session per child, the basketball clinic costs $180 per session per child, and Little Carpenters costs $75 per session per child, with all of these fees listed as non-refundable.

The program’s mission statement is: “We help children develop musical talents and spiritual devotion to God. Together through singing, we share our Lord Jesus Christ and His love with people in Silicon Valley and beyond.” Classes are open to the community. Ping pong clinics are offered for all levels, and paddles and balls are provided. For Little Carpenters, at least one parent must be present for the entire class with the student, and no drop-offs are allowed. To participate in any Valley Church After School Program, a Medical, Liabilities & Photo Release is required.
