Valley Church After School Programs

Valley Church After School Programs offers specific activities including Valley Church Children’s Choir, Valley Youth Orchestra (VYO), violin and viola classes at beginner and intermediate levels, hand bell classes through Valley Handbell Academy (VHA), ping pong (table tennis) clinics, a basketball clinic, Little Carpenters craft class, tennis clinics and camps, and sand volleyball clinics and camps. The Valley Church Children’s Choir meets on Tuesdays from 4:00pm–5:15pm, with an upcoming session on March 10, 17, 24, 31, April 7 and 21, 2026. Valley Youth Orchestra meets on Tuesday evenings from 7:00pm–8:30pm, with an upcoming session from January 13 to May 5, 2026.

• Ages: 6–17 years old
• Schedule: After-school options on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with upcoming music sessions running from January 13–May 5, 2026, and sports sessions such as ping pong clinics running from April 23–May 28, 2026
• Price: $50–$180 per session, depending on activity and sibling discounts

Sports Thursday ping pong (table tennis) clinics run from 4:30pm–6:00pm, with an upcoming session from April 23–May 28, 2026, and paddles and balls are provided; there is a tournament at the last class. The Sports Thursday basketball clinic is scheduled from 4:30pm–6:00pm and is currently listed as on break. Craft Wednesday Little Carpenters meets from 4:00pm–5:30pm, with the next session listed as TBD, and requires at least one parent to be present for the entire class with the student, with no drop-offs allowed.

Valley Church Children’s Choir costs $75 per session for the first child and $50 for siblings, and the fee is non-refundable. Valley Youth Orchestra costs $150 per session for the first child and $100 for siblings, and the fee is non-refundable. Ping pong clinics cost $120 per session per child, the basketball clinic costs $180 per session per child, and Little Carpenters costs $75 per session per child, and all of these fees are non-refundable.

In order to participate in any Valley Church After School Program, a Medical, Liabilities & Photo Release is required. The mission statement for the children’s music program is: “We help children develop musical talents and spiritual devotion to God. Together through singing, we share our Lord Jesus Christ and His love with people in Silicon Valley and beyond.“ Classes are open to the community.
