Dragon House MMA offers classes in Kung Fu, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, SanShou kickboxing, and submission-only grappling, including both Gi and No Gi grappling. The program includes Kids MMA classes, Adult Gi and No Gi BJJ classes, Adult MMA classes, wall wrestling and MMA training, MMA sparring, and general body conditioning with cross fit/weight training and cardio. Dragon House MMA also offers Chinese Cupping Therapy by appointment and training in weapons attack and defense.

• Schedule: Weekly class options Monday through Saturday, including daytime open gym and afternoon/evening classes such as Kids MMA, Adult Gi and No Gi BJJ, wrestling, SanShou kickboxing, fighters training, wall wrestling and MMA training, MMA sparring, and conditioning
• Price: White through Brown Belt will pay a competition fee of $65 for one bracket or $90 for both.
Dragon House MMA is led by founder and owner Sifu Zhong Luo. Sifu Luo was born in Foshan, China, is the son of Bak Mei Grand Master Mai Yu Qiang, and was awarded a 7th degree Black Belt by the Chinese government. His training began at age 3, he performed with the Chinese Circus by age 5, started San Shou at age 12, added power lifting and wrestling at age 14, and by 16 was a professional San Shou fighter and competitive bodybuilder. He has practiced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2000 and earned his black belt under Clovis Silva in 2017. Over the last 26 years, he has grown Dragon House from a few students in a garage to progressively larger spaces. Dragon House states that it welcomes all levels of athletes and martial arts enthusiasts, practices safely, emphasizes respect among participants, and focuses on a shared love of martial arts. Sifu Luo has trained law enforcement officers from various agencies, security guard companies, and world-class athletes, including members of the 2013 New Zealand Americas Cup sailing team.
