Kids Class introduces children to basic postures and focuses on balance, flexibility, and strength. The class is a Kids Only Class and runs for 60 minutes. If a child is under 5 years old, an adult must accompany the child.
• Schedule: Kids Only Class, 60-minute sessions on Saturdays from 2:15pm to 3:15pm
• Price: Cost: $10 child drop-in.
This class follows a mission to encourage children to understand basic postures and to learn balance, flexibility, and strength. According to the program’s description, the class will be good for their overall concentration, coordination, and motor skills, and it will be fun for them and a great addition to their lives. Families are invited to visit any of the Hot Yoga Plus Schools in the Bay Area.
