Kids Class introduces children to basic postures and movements that focus on balance, flexibility, and strength. The class is a Kids Only Class and runs for 60 minutes, with the heat turned off but the room kept somewhat warm.
• Ages: 3–11 years old
• Schedule: 60-minute Kids Only Class on Saturdays from 2:15pm to 3:15pm
• Price: Cost: $10 child drop-in.
According to the program’s mission statement, Kids Class encourages children to understand basic postures and to learn balance, flexibility, and strength, and states that the class will be good for their overall concentration, coordination, and motor skills. The mission statement also notes that the class will be fun for children and a great addition to their lives. An adult must accompany any child under 5 years old.
Hot Yoga Plus Daly City is located in a private setting of Westlake Center Mall off John Daly Blvd, in the back of the mall kitty corner to Home Depot, next to Daly City Library.
