Downey Dance Center offers a variety of dance classes for all ages and levels. The program takes place at a dedicated dance studio described as the dance studio of Downey.
• Schedule: Class times available Monday–Friday from 4:00pm–8:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am–12:00pm
Downey Dance Center has highly trained, passionate teachers. The leadership team includes owners Belinda Lands, who is the former owner of B’s Dance Place, and Mindee Lands, along with director Juliane Westbrook. The program states that dancers are prepared to go out into the dance world with a sense of pride and respect for their art. It also states that dancers are taught important skills for character building in and out of the dance studio and that arts education is described as an important part of a well-rounded child’s life.
