The KID-FIT Preschool Health and Fitness Organization offers music and movement classes that include education, sports skills, aerobics, strengthening, stretching, and mindfulness exercises. The program also offers a Virtual Studio with on-demand videos where children can focus on learning all about their bodies, healthy eating, and that exercise is fun. The organization also runs a Family Fun Run 5K.
