The Playful Piano Studio offers online piano lessons that include adult piano lessons and shared piano lessons for parents and children. Students take part in composition, arranging, accompaniment, and improvisation using a playing-based, modern approach to music education. Lessons use the Simply Music piano method, and students play great-sounding music from their very first lessons in a positive, engaging, and encouraging environment, with an emphasis on creativity and a focus on a positive, stress-free experience that many adult students describe as “therapeutic,” “relaxing,” “wonderful me time,” “rewarding,” and “fun.”
All lessons and classes at The Playful Piano Studio are taught by Linda Bernardi, who is trained in the Simply Music piano method and has been teaching piano for more than twelve years after starting piano lessons herself at the age of five. The studio’s mission is cultivating a life-long love of music and creating a musical community where learning music is engaging, rewarding, and fun, with music selected to be pleasing for older students and an option for parents to share lessons with their children.
