Grossmont Adult Education offers academic programs, career training, and personal enrichment classes. Academic programs are currently available online in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings for students 18 and older. Career training orientations are held in person two times a month, and registration opens online 6 weeks before each course starts.

About the provider
The Grossmont Adult School was established in 1946 and is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. It serves residents of east San Diego County, including La Mesa, El Cajon, Lemon Grove, Santee, and various unincorporated areas, and serves more than 50,000 students annually. Its mission is to prepare students with the tools for a successful future in a rapidly changing world.
Admission: Classes are open to adults who are 18 years of age or older. Tuition and supply fees for classes are listed in the class schedule next to the course offering. Lack of English language skills will not be a barrier to admission and participation in vocational education programs.
