About
Imperial Valley Baseball Network offers year round baseball activities that include a baseball camp, local baseball tournaments, and baseball leagues. The program hosts a yearly baseball camp in association with the Imperial Valley College baseball program, and the camp uses various different philosophies of training led by staff with collegiate to professional baseball experience. The organization also awards a Student/Athlete Scholarship each year to qualified high school seniors to pursue their collegiate careers.

Imperial Valley Baseball Network is a non-profit organization established in 2008 to teach and promote the game of baseball and preparation after high school level. The organization is actively involved in the community and is represented in all of the local cities through its committee members. It has assisted many local baseball entities with financial support, coaching, and voluntary support, and hosts local tournaments and leagues throughout the year. Scholarships are awarded on a yearly basis as an opportunity for prospering student/athletes to continue their path to success. The leadership team includes Ruben Niebla (President), Renato Montaño (Vice President), Simon Canales (Treasurer), Pedro Carranza (Member at Large), and Bobby Moreno (Technology). A quoted statement associated with the program is, “There is no room in baseball for discrimination. It is our national pastime and game for all.” – Lou Gehrig.
