Kids Climbing Camps

Kids Climbing Camps gives kids a chance to spend the day bouldering, slacklining, crate stacking, and climbing a rope ladder. Campers also move through obstacle courses, go on day hikes, and take part in arts and crafts projects. Camps take place inside a climbing facility that includes 8,000 square feet of bouldering, 18-foot top-out boulders, a Moon Board, a Tension Board, an adjustable spray wall, a campus board, a hang board setup, and fresh boulders set three days per week.

• Schedule: Weekly camps run Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with weekly camps and daily drop-in reservations opened the Friday before each camp session (subject to availability).

Climbers ages 6–9 climb in the greenhouse area, where they are given age-appropriate climbing challenges and learn the fundamentals of being safe in a bouldering gym. Climbers ages 10–13 climb on the main bouldering floor, where they gain a deeper understanding of climbing technique and movement on a greater variety of terrain. Last year, prices were dropped 35% for younger climbers and 25% for older climbers, and a financial aid program for Kids Climbing Camps is offered.

The gym’s stated mission is: “We strive to make climbing accessible for all.” Kids Climbing Camps are part of a business that has operated under Interior Elevation LLC from 2009–2026.
