It teaches traditional Guang Ping Yang Style Tai Chi, Shaolin Kung Fu, and Dayan Qigong (Wild Goose Qigong), and experienced instructors guide students through training. The Wild Goose Qigong (Dayan Qigong) set was developed by a Chinese monk 1,700 years ago and is based on the movements of the wild goose and enhances Qi, the vital life force within the body. The practice of qigong can help improve flexibility and balance and strengthen the body and immune system. Guang Ping Yang Tai Ji is described as a moving meditation in the form of a series of gentle exercises that promote mind-body harmony. Tai Ji is presented as a system for long life and for martial applications, with sixty-four postures and movements that accord with the principles of yin and yang, and with martial applications considered secondary to good health and longevity. The Shaolin Kung Fu program includes basic exercises to stretch the tendons and strengthen the bones, and its techniques are characterized by powerful strikes and rapid movements, emulating a flying dragon or jumping tiger, with martial skills gradually developing from external to internal.
