Arrow Dive Club offers Learn to Dive Lessons, Diving Trampoline lessons, and Dive Lessons. The program includes novice diving programs, Junior Olympic diving programs, and high school diving programs. It operates in a pool setting focused on springboard diving.
• Schedule: Pool hours Monday–Friday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am
Arrow Dive Club is led by Head Coach Deliang Li, an Olympic medalist who provides coaching for the team. The program combines Chinese and USA diving techniques with major emphasis on building fundamental skills and diving safety. Arrow Dive Club is a nonprofit competitive springboard diving team chartered through U.S. Diving.
