USA TaeKwonDo Center offers Taekwondo classes for children and adults. The program also includes Dance/Cross/MMA and a Competition Team for students who take part in events.

The USA TaeKwonDo Center was opened in the summer of 1994. The center operates in a 3,000 sq.ft. building that includes a gym for both parents and students. The program is led by founder Grandmaster Hwang Ki Baik, an 8th Degree Black Belt and foreign action film star, and by Master Monique Boore, who has directed the El Monte studio since the fall of 1998.
The stated goal of USA TaeKwonDo Center is to instill P.R.I.D.E.: Perseverance, Respect, Integrity, Discipline, and Excellence. The program states that each student is treated as an individual who progresses at an individual pace. It also states that becoming a Black Belt is described as becoming the best person possible in all areas, and that the center strives to create what it calls the complete Black Belt, described as physically capable, emotionally sound, and mentally strong.
USA TaeKwonDo Center is home to many state and national champions. Students have competed in countless local, state, national, and international competitions, and the studio is active in competition. Over the years, the center has taken part in many City of El Monte events, including the Children's Day Parade, Earth Day celebrations, local school events, El Monte Fillies opening day ceremonies, Holiday House, Nativity Church Octoberfest, health fairs, the LA County Fair, and other local events.
