South Bay Youth Sports offers 7-on-7 passing, youth football leagues, football camps, football tournaments, 7v7 football, basketball, athletic training, speed training, and an Athletic Training Camp. The program also runs a Spring Football Program and a Spring 2026 Passing League that focus on developing fundamental speed and football skills that transfer to tackle football and other team sports, while emphasizing proper fitness, healthy competition, teamwork, and a positive attitude. South Bay Youth Sports welcomes both individual and team registrations and presents what it describes as the area’s most exciting and competitive 7-on-7 passing league, in a format that experts agree plays a vital role in developing today’s youth passing game and enhancing overall football IQ.

South Bay Youth Sports is a non-profit 501(c)(3) youth sports organization and an NFL Official Partner, and it is affiliated with AAU Basketball and has been recognized as AAU National Champions. Its Youth Football League is designed for boys and girls ages 5–14, and the organization reports having trained over 8,000 boys and girls ages 5–17 during regular seasons, tournaments, and camps. The Spring Football Program features speed training led by NFL players, experienced coaches, and Southern California’s top professional trainers, and past special guest coaches have included Ricky Williams, a Heisman Trophy winner and former NFL All-Pro running back for the New Orleans Saints and Miami Dolphins. South Bay Youth Sports states that it is committed to providing young athletes an organized and safe learning environment in which to play, develop, and appreciate the fundamentals of competitive team sports, and that the principles of sportsmanship, good character, and leadership are conveyed to its players through its coaches and staff. The organization also states that it teaches young athletes and coaches about the importance of sports to future success in other areas of life, while improving healthy and active lifestyles and keeping youth in a positive environment in the face of risks posed by daily life challenges and pressures.
