Sunshine Swim Center Swim Programs offers Parent & Tot Swim Lessons, Group Swim Lessons, Youth Group Swim Classes, Youth Private Lessons, Youth Swim Team (The Sunshine Gators), Adult Lap Swim, and Adult Private Swim Lessons. Group swim classes include small class sizes, with toddler groups at 2:1, beginning levels at 3:1, intermediate levels at 4:1, and most advanced levels at 6:1 student to instructor.

- Youth Private Lessons — 1-17 years · Private swim lessons are described as tailor-made for each swimmer and slower paced.
- Youth Swim Team (The Sunshine Gators) — 4-15 years · Hybrid swim team with small group practices, team activities, and inner squad swim meets; 3 seasons: August through November, December through March, and April through July.
- Adult Lap Swim — 18 years and up · Independent lap swimming or water walking for adults.
- Adult Private Swim Lessons — 18 years and up · Adult private or semi-private lessons.

- General schedule: Group swim classes are offered in Month-to-Month and On-going class options. Month-to-Month classes are available Monday/Wednesday. On-Going classes are available all days of the week except Fridays. Private lessons have 1 day a week or 2 day a week options. Adult lap swimming is offered mornings Monday-Thursday and Saturdays-Sundays, with seasonal time blocks stated on the page.

About the provider
Sunshine Swim Center opened in 2014 and is celebrating 13 years of service. The leadership team includes Kim Amali and Sara Simonson, who are co-owners. The program states that it aims to provide a comfortable, fun and positive learning environment, where students gain strength, confidence, and a love for swimming. It is an active member of the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce since 2014, is home of the Cosumnes Oaks High School Swim Team since 2014, and partners with Elk Grove Aquatics Club.
Month-to-Month classes: no contract, pay as you go, no make-ups for missed classes. On-Going classes: 3-month minimum, automatic monthly payment, priority enrollment, make-ups with 24 hour notice, must contact office to arrange. Annual membership fee of $35.00 is charged at enrollment of first class and is based on the calendar year. Private on-going lessons also mention priority enrollment and contacting the office to arrange. 14 day notice is required to discontinue lap swimming without being charged.
