About
Elk Grove Wrestling Academy offers Kids NoGi Jiu Jitsu, kids Jiu Jitsu, and high school wrestling sessions. The program includes beginner, intermediate, and advanced options for kids in grades K–7th, as well as seasonal high school sessions and adult Jiu Jitsu classes. Classes are led by multiple coaches, including Coach Jake, Coach Nick, Coach Lenny, Coach Cook, Coach Bopo, Coach Ryan, Coach Dan, and Coach Marques.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Classes are offered Monday through Friday in the late afternoon and evening, with kids and high school sessions generally running between 4:30 pm and 9:00 pm, and adult Jiu Jitsu offered on select evenings.
On Mondays, the schedule includes Kids NoGi Jiu Jitsu with Coach Jake from 4:30–5:30 pm, Kids K–7th beginner/intermediate/advanced with Coach Nick and Coach Lenny from 5:30–7:15 pm, and a seasonal high school session with Coach Cook from 7:30–9:00 pm starting in March. On Tuesdays, kids Jiu Jitsu with Coach Bopo and Coach Jake runs from 4:30–5:30 pm, Kids K–7th intermediate/advanced with Coach Nick, Coach Ryan, and Coach Dan runs from 5:30–7:00 pm, and adult Jiu Jitsu with Coach Bopo runs from 7:00–8:30 pm. On Wednesdays, Kids K–7th beginner/intermediate/advanced meets from 5:30–7:15 pm with Coach Nick, Coach Dan, Coach Lenny, and Coach Marques, followed by a seasonal high school session with Coach Cook from 7:30–9:00 pm starting in March. On Thursdays, kids Jiu Jitsu with Coach Bopo and Coach Jake runs from 4:30–5:30 pm, Kids K–7th intermediate/advanced with Coach Nick runs from 5:30–7:15 pm, and adult Jiu Jitsu with Coach Bopo runs from 7:00–8:30 pm. On Fridays, there is a session for all participants with Coach Cook from 5:00–6:30 pm, followed by adult Jiu Jitsu with Coach Bopo from 7:00–8:30 pm.
