Embellish Kickboxing Academy

Embellish Kickboxing Academy offers Mini Titans, Kids Martial Arts, Kids Kickboxing, Teen Kickboxing, Adult Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Self Defense, FitBox Adult Fitness, and an Adaptive Program. Mini Titans is play-based martial arts, Kids Kickboxing focuses on striking fundamentals, and Muay Thai includes punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Self Defense is listed as practical, modern self-defense, and FitBox is kickboxing-inspired strength and conditioning.

About the provider

The academy says it is family-owned and has more than 25 years of combined martial arts and coaching experience on its instructor team. Coach Lani is named as head instructor. The academy says it is focused on positive impact for kids, teens, and adults, with character development, discipline, concentration, and confidence. It is rated 5.0 from 70 Elk Grove families and serves Elk Grove and surrounding Sacramento County communities including Laguna, Laguna West, Sheldon, Franklin, Wilton, and South Sacramento.

Beginners are welcome. Every program has a beginner track. Parents are welcome to stay and watch every class. Adaptive Program is for autistic teens and young adults ages 13 and up. A coach reviews every request and recommends the right starting class after a short readiness evaluation.
