SwimLabs Swim School uses a safety-centric approach guided by the S.A.F.E.R. Swimmer Promise, which is a commitment to teaching real self-rescue and lifelong water safety. The program offers 10 Lifesaving Skills in 1 Year or Less, with up to 2 months of free lessons if more time is needed. Lessons are taught by certified instructors, with tailored lessons available for beginners through competitive athletes. SwimLabs Swim School is part of Youth Enrichment Brands (YEB), founded in 2020, which supports over 1 million children each year and is described as the nation’s leading youth activities platform, and its sister schools share the same curriculum, certified instructors, and focus on safety and skill-building. One parent, Jacklyn, reports that both of her kids are always counting down to their next swim lesson, and she notes that the school shows them proper swimming and water safety techniques while keeping lessons exciting and fun. Another swimmer, Robert, states that in one session the coach and video significantly improved how he swims, and he looks forward to more training. A second testimonial from Robert describes small adult classes where the instructor tailors teaching to each person, and he notes that he had a fear of the water before starting. Becca describes a welcoming atmosphere, helpful front desk staff, a clean facility, and instructors who are patient, knowledgeable, and committed to helping students improve. Denise shares that her son is no longer scared of the water, is excited to see his instructors, and that booking is easy and consistent for babies, toddlers, and big kids. Amy explains that her autistic son is taking lessons to be safer around water, that his instructor comforts him when he is overstimulated while continuing to teach, and that she appreciates being able to watch without distracting him, as well as clean changing rooms and showers. Maya notes fantastic instructors, strong instructor retention, and her son’s remarkable growth as a swimmer over two years. Liz says the instructors are patient, professional, and friendly in small classes, and she observes that there are options from babies to seniors. Michelle describes her 8‑month‑old daughter learning techniques week after week, looks forward to the weekly class as a family, and likes that loved ones can observe behind glass. Ryan reports that his son was afraid of the water but now loves swimming after a few classes, and he notes that instructors do not rush the kids. Taryn states that the staff is warm and welcoming, takes concerns seriously, and makes accommodations so her daughter with severe autism can be comfortable during weekly swim class.
