About
HR Golf Collective Junior Golf Programs offers professional golf instruction that includes putting, chipping, pitching, full swing, video swing analysis, and short game instruction. Each junior receives instruction in all areas of the game using the P: Position, G: Grip, A: Aim model, along with rules and etiquette. Campers also receive a skills and abilities evaluation with a personalized lesson plan and a progress tracking Guide To Golf booklet with interactive activities such as lesson notes, a 100 Chart, and a yardage chart.
• Ages: 5–11 years old
• Schedule: Drop-off by 8:45am and pickup at 12:05–12:10, with 3 hours of instruction per day
Instruction is provided by PGA members and associates, including leadership from CASEY EVANKO, PGA Associate, and HEIDI RICHARDSON, Director and PGA Class A Member. The program offers seasonal camps in spring, summer, fall, and winter for junior golfers in grades K–6, with a 1:8 ratio to encourage individualized learning, and all skill levels are welcome. Each camper receives a goodie bag at the end of the week that includes items such as a golf hat, ball marker, tees, and golf balls. The program asks families to send water, lunch, sunscreen, and golf clubs if the junior has them, and notes that lunch is not included but a lunch break is taken each day, with enough food and water needed for 3 hours of physical activity.
