Flips For Kids Gymnastics offers days that include jumping, climbing, fort-building, free choice play, group games, arts and crafts, and obstacle courses. The program runs with options for full days and half days that include these activities.

Staff includes some of the area's finest gymnastics instructors. Flips For Kids Gymnastics Center states that it strives to offer the highest quality gymnastics classes in a safe, enriching and fun environment. It is home to the Redwood Coast Gymnastics Team. Children are asked to bring their own lunch, snacks, and water bottle for the day, and any changes to a child's schedule must be made by the Friday before their camp week or full payment will still be required, with no credits or refunds for no shows or sick calls. The program notes features such as an ongoing class schedule that allows children to continue in their classes as long as they want, the opportunity to move up through the levels as they progress, unstructured weekday play times for little ones, weekend evening play times for older kids, and a wide variety of activities described as fun, and it uses the phrase “Where Every Child Is a Star!!”.
